Ingredients

  • 1¾ ounces mezcal, preferably Fidencio Classico mezcal
  • 1¼ ounces fresh cucumber juice
  • ½ ounce fresh lime juice
  • ½ ounce agave nectar
  • 5 drops hellfire bitters, preferably Pork Barrel or Bitterman's
  • Ice
  • 2 sprigs of cilantro

Directions

  1. In a cocktail shaker, combine mezcal, cucumber juice, lime juice, agave nectar, bitters and ice. Shake for 10 seconds. Double strain into an Old Fashioned glass filled with ice and garnish with sprigs of cilantro. Serve.
