Ingredients
  • 3 ounces Gran Classico
  • 3 ounces amontillado sherry
  • 3 ounces Carpano Antica Formula
  • 1½ ounces distilled water
  • 3 dashes orange bitters
  • Ice
  • Lemon peels
Directions
  1. In a large container, combine the liquid ingredients. Funnel into a 375 ml bottle, cork and refrigerate. To serve, add a large ice cube to each of two small juice glasses. Fill the glasses with the cocktail and garnish by twisting the lemon peel over the surface of each glass to express its oils. Refill as necessary.
