The Ruby cocktail recipe
  • 1½ ounces vodka
  • ½ ounce Aperol
  • ¾ ounce St-Germain elderflower liqueur
  • ¾ ounce freshly squeezed grapefruit juice
  • ¾ ounce freshly squeezed lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon egg white
  • Ice
  • Grapefruit peel, for garnish
  1. In a cocktail shaker, add the vodka, Aperol, St-Germain, fresh grapefruit and lemon juices, and egg white. Add ice and shake until well mixed and emulsified. Strain into a chilled coupe. Garnish with the oils of a grapefruit twist.
