Turn all the flavors of apple pie into this festive cider, spiked with bourbon.

  • 8 cups apple cider
  • ¼ cup Stevia In The Raw®
  • 5 orange slices
  • 5 apple slices
  • 3 cinnamon sticks
  • 2 teaspoons black peppercorns
  • 2 teaspoons allspice berries
  • 2 teaspoons ground nutmeg
  • 2 teaspoons whole cloves
  • 2 cups bourbon
  1. Combine the cider, Stevia In The Raw®, oranges, apples, cinnamon, peppercorns, allspice, nutmeg and cloves in a large saucepan over medium heat. Keep on a low simmer, stirring occasionally, for 30 minutes.
  2. Strain through a fine-mesh sieve over a medium pot. Add the bourbon. Ladle into mugs and garnish with a cinnamon stick.
