Cocktail Recipe: Summer Shandy With Cider, Amaro And Lemon
Long weekends pair perfectly with frosty beverages, but sometimes even an ice-cold beer feels too heavy for the heat. This take on a shandy uses cider as its base, creating a lighter version of the low-alcohol summer drink. The amaro and cider sweeten the drink without any help from added sugar.
Pro tip: This shandy is best enjoyed in a lawn chair far away from clocks.
