Make a slight riff on the classic vodka martini by adding aquavit and dill-infused Hangar 1 Vodka.

  • :::For the Dill-Infused Vodka:1 cup Hangar 1 Vodka½ cup loosely packed chopped dill (fronds and stems):::
  • :::For the Cocktail:2 ounces dill-infused Hangar 1 Vodka¼ ounce aquavit¾ ounce dry vermouth1 teaspoon olive brineIceGreen olive, for garnish:::
Directions
  1. Make the dill-infused vodka: In a small bowl, combine the vodka and dill. Cover with plastic wrap and let infuse overnight in the fridge. Strain, making sure to press and squeeze the dill to extract all the flavor and liquid. Discard the dill.
  2. Make the cocktail: In a cocktail shaker, combine the dill-infused Hangar 1 Vodka along with the aquavit, vermouth and olive brine. Add the ice and stir for 20 to 30 seconds or until the shaker is frosty. Strain into a coupe glass, then garnish with an olive and serve.
