Cocktail Recipe: Cold Brew White Russian

A Japanese take on the smooth and creamy cocktail

Use good ingredients to make this breakfast cocktail—not yesterday's espresso. A cooler update of the espresso martini, the simple drink is easy to put together a couple hours in advance, making it the perfect cocktail for entertaining.

Nigori sake is unfiltered and the sweetest of all sakes. It lends a reminiscent creaminess of, dare we say, Kahlúa, but with a sophisticated flavor that isn't cloying.
