In their latest cookbook, Winter Drinks, the editors of PUNCH give you 70 ways to get your alcohol blanket on, including this combination of red wine, bourbon and amaro that warms you up just thinking about it. Seek out the Amaro Braulio if possible; it's an alpine amaro that the authors choose for the "cooling, herbal freshness" it brings to the cocktail.
