Go Get 'Em Tiger

Kyle Glanville and Charles Babinski want to make your life simpler, quicker and more caffeinated.

When the Intelligentsia alums and world-champion baristas launched their own coffee pop-up, G&B Coffee, last year, their goal was to streamline the coffee experience, not complicate it.

Fresh off their opening inside Grand Central Market, the duo has debuted another quick-serve café in Larchmont Village, Go Get 'Em Tiger. Equipped with an industrial Fetco brewer, the store has perfected the old-school art of automated batch brewing.

Babinski, who cups hundreds of coffee varieties every week, swears that brewing in large batches is more efficient in bringing out nuanced flavors than a single-cup pour-over. It also doesn't hurt that your filtered coffee ($4) arrives in less than a minute.

Using a rotating selection of beans from the country's top roasters, the shop serves exquisite espresso drinks, like the latte steamed with house-made almond milk ($5), plus pre-bottled cold-brew coffee ($4), espresso-vanilla milkshakes ($7) and a tickling carbonated tea soda ($4).

With murals of motorcycle racers and skydiving astronauts decorating the walls, Go Get 'Em Tiger's message is frank: Grab your rocket fuel and go conquer the world.
