Candied Orange Peel
1 cup granulated sugar
2 cups all-purpose flour
½ teaspoon baking powder
½ teaspoon flaky sea salt
2 sticks unsalted butter, melted and cooled to room temperature
1 cup confectioners sugar
1 vanilla bean, split and scraped
