A Unique Bird
Yield: 1 drink plus extra pineapple syrup
Pineapple Simple Syrup
2 cups granulated sugar
1 cup boiling water
1 (4 pound) pineapple, peeled, cored and cut into 2-inch pieces
2 ounces unaged agricole-style rum
½ ounce fresh lime juice
¼ ounce yellow Chartreuse
