Our undying love of burgers is a well-documented obsession here at Tasting Table. This banh mi burger mash-up was our staff favorite, made using our house burger blend, jalapeño-spiked mayonnaise, a sweet chile-hoisin glaze and lightly pickled daikon and carrots. We think a thick slab of pâté de campagne is mandatory, but even if you favor restraint, you won't be disappointed.
