Travel Channel's Adam Richman makes the classic Arnold Palmer even more delicious by adding booze-in the form of Mike's Hard Lemonade.

Ingredients
  • Two 11.2-fluid ounce bottles Mike's Hard Lemonade
  • 3 tablespoons orange marmalade
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
  • Iced tea, for serving
  • Mint sprigs, for garnish
Directions
  1. In a blender, combine the bottles of Mike's Hard Original Lemonade, marmalade and vanilla extract, and purée until smooth. Pour into 1-ounce ice cube trays and transfer to the freezer until solid, 4 hours. You should have 30 ice cubes.
  2. Divide the ice cubes between 6 glasses and top with iced tea. Garnish with mint sprigs and serve.
