Taylor is a California born-and-raised freelance writer and recipe developer with over a dozen years of professional cooking experience. She worked her way up from the bottom as a young cook, eventually going on to work at Michelin and James Beard award-winning restaurants such as Fruition, Frasca Food and Wine, and Eleven Madison Park. After switching to food media, she has worked at many of the big names, including the Food Network, Serious Eats, Food52, Good Housekeeping, Women's Health, Country Living, Woman's Day, Cosmo and Prevention. She specializes in writing about food, recipes, and kitchen products, as well as adapting recipes and techniques from the fine dining world to the home kitchen. She focuses on using food as the common ground we all share and creating a great meal to connect with as many people as possible.
Education
Taylor has a Bachelor's degree in culinary nutrition from Johnson and Wales University and a writing degree from Bennington College.
