You Should Be Adding Barista Milk To Every Cup Of Morning Coffee
BY LUNA REGINA
Compared to whole milk, barista milk has a relatively higher fat content that lends a rich and creamy mouthfeel, making it the perfect addition to your morning cup of joe.
Barista milk's fat content is high enough to smoothen coffee and low enough not to subdue its taste. Its high protein content also allows them to create stable microfoams.
Specifically made for coffee, barista milk contains around 4.2% fat, an ideal percentage to produce a glossy foam, and 12 grams of protein per cup. It's the perfect ratio.
