Wrap Bacon Around Cheese And Crackers For A Simple Party Appetizer
BY NIKKI MUNOZ
For a simple snack that takes minimal effort but will still satisfy a crowd, make a batch of bacon-wrapped cheese and crackers.
To do so, simply place a piece of cheese between two crackers, then wrap a thin, uncooked piece of bacon around the exterior. Line them up on a prepared baking sheet.
Pop the crackers in the oven for about 25 minutes at 350 degrees Fahrenheit, until the bacon is crispy. You can even make a second batch with vegan bacon for a vegetarian crowd.
This appetizer is super versatile, so the possibilities are pretty much endless when it comes to choosing your crackers and cheese. It just depends on the flavors that you prefer.
If you want a spicy kick, use pepper Jack or jalapeño muenster cheese, or use a flavored cracker for something a little more unique.
