Who Actually Needs The Expensive Cooler Spotted At Costco?
BY BRIAN UDALL
A Costco member in Hawaii spotted Igloo's dual zone active cooler sold at $750 at the store, which is priced at $1,000 on Igloo's website, but this product isn't for everyone.
Contrary to many people's assumption that it's a product targeted at wealthy people with extra cash to burn, the pricey cooler is primarily for people who spend time on the road.
This includes anyone from wealthy CEOs looking to keep their yogurt cool on their way to the lake house to full-time truckers who need to keep their food from spoiling on the job.
With a recent resurgence of interest in van life, where people renovate a van and live on the road, these coolers can be beneficial to the people living this lifestyle, too.
