Which Popular Costco Bakery Items Should Be Stored In The Fridge?

Muffins?
It’s usually fine to keep the muffins in an airtight container or original packaging for up to a week in a cool, dry space or at room temperature if it’s not too humid.
After that, it's best to freeze muffins for prolonged storage. If muffins with fruits have sat on your counter at room temperature for a few days, check for signs of spoilage.
Cinnamon Rolls?
Cinnamon rolls don't need refrigeration, as the sweet bread beneath the frosting goes stale in the fridge. Plus, the sugary frosting acts as a natural preservative.
It's best to store cinnamon rolls in an airtight container on the counter at room temperature for a few days. After about a week, you can freeze them for prolonged storage.
Cakes?
When it comes to Costco cheesecakes, refrigeration is a must, as the perishable dessert can easily melt or soften too much and spoil when it's left on the counter.
As for other types of cakes from Costco, if the warehouse stores them in the fridge, they should be refrigerated at home, too. You can also ask the bakery staff if you're unsure.
