According to Jee Choe, beverage blogger at Oh How Civilized and certified tea sommelier, Dunkin' deploys Aiya Zen Cafe Blend Matcha in its beverages.
Although Dunkin’ hasn’t confirmed this, the list of ingredients for the Aiya Sweetened Matcha Blend matches exactly the ingredients displayed in Dunkin’ Matcha drinks.
Aiya produces organic matcha sourced from its green tea farm in Nishio, Japan. While it's a popular bulk supplier for cafes, you can also buy it online for yourself.
