Simple Shrimp Mofongo
Mofongo is a flavor-packed Puerto Rican dish of fried plantain mash with pork, and you can substitute the pork with shrimp to recall the dish’s Caribbean roots. Mash your fried plantains with some crispy bacon, add a tomato-based vegetable sauce and shrimp, and finish with a hint of rosemary and lemon.
Air Fryer Spicy Shrimp
This super easy recipe calls for cooked shrimp to be coated in flour, beaten egg, and Cajun-spiced panko breadcrumbs seasoned with garlic and chili powders, then tossed into an air fryer for perfect crispiness. Pair these mildly spicy shrimp with a cilantro and lime zest sour cream sauce.
Shrimp Burger
To get a light, fresh, and tender shrimp patty, roughly chop shrimp and bind them with egg, panko breadcrumbs, more finely-minced shrimp, garlic, ginger, and lemon. Top your patty with avocado slices, butter lettuce, sliced tomato, or red or green onion, and add some spicy Sriracha mayo for a kick.
Simple Shrimp Bisque
Bisque is a creamy, delicious French soup that’s classically made with seafood stock, simmered for hours, and thickened with a roux. You can also make this bisque in just 30 minutes with vegetable stock and a vegetable-potato puree as a thickening agent, finished off with heavy cream and sweet fresh shrimp.

Make this fresh summer salad by lightly charring some tender shrimp on the grill, and tossing them on a bed of crisp lettuce, tangy cherry tomatoes, and sweet corn. Mix the salad with a creamy and zesty red wine vinegar mayo dressing, topped off with some freshly squeezed lemon juice.
