Use A Dishwasher Tablet To Leave Your Oven Doors Spotless

While primarily designed for cleaning dishes, dishwasher tablets possess qualities that make them surprisingly effective for shining up your oven door.
A dishwasher tablet's key ingredients are enzymes and surfactants. The enzymes speed up the breakdown of proteins and starch into smaller molecules that can be easily wiped away.
Surfactants, on the other hand, reduce the surface tension of water, which allows the cleaning solution to spread more evenly over surfaces, loosening and lifting dirt and grime.
Furthermore, the tablet's solid form allows for targeted scrubbing and a more controlled application compared to liquid cleaners. It's also safe and more environmentally friendly.
Start by dampening the tablet with warm water until it's sticky. Wearing rubber gloves, gently rub the tablet on your oven door, starting with the glass window.
Re-dampen the tablet with warm water as it dries out. After the door is scrubbed, wipe off any residue with a clean cloth, and spray water before giving it one final wipe.
