Try A Sweet And Tart Pomegranate Glaze To Boost Air Fryer Salmon
BY ELIZABETH OKOSUN
You can make restaurant-quality salmon in under 10 minutes with an air fryer. All you have to do is add a flavorful and sweet glaze of pomegranate molasses before cooking the fish.
Sweet, tangy pomegranate molasses is a thick syrupy reduction made from fresh pomegranate juice. A sauce made with this condiment enhances salmon's rich flavor.
You can buy pomegranate molasses or make it from scratch. To create your salmon glaze, mix the fruity syrup with olive oil, salt, pepper, honey, garlic, and thyme.
Next, brush the mixture over the salmon, wrap it in foil, and air fry at 380°F for 10 minutes. Check the fish once every few minutes to avoid burning the sugary glaze.
You can top off your sweet, tangy, and savory salmon with mint, pomegranate seeds, lemon, and/or sea salt. It's delicious served with couscous or quinoa, veggies, feta, and olives.
