Trader Joe's Produce You Should Buy And Others You Should Skip

Get: Bananas
Bananas at Trader Joe's are known for being inexpensive and consistently priced. They are the largest selection of single-item produce you'll find at any Trader Joe's.
Since the store has so many, you'll rarely have to worry about there being no ripe bananas. Plus, the bananas aren't bagged — you can take just one or a full bunch.
During summer, you can find seasonal stone fruits like peaches. While the stone fruits usually come in large cartons or bags, they are reasonably priced.
The only downside to the seasonal stone fruits is that they aren't always perfectly ripe. However, in this case, the products will be more unripe rather than too ripe or rotten.
The bagged green beans at Trader Joe's are a superb deal. They're all consistently ripe, well-cleaned, and unlikely to have any mold, mush, or spotting.
Additionally, you're not paying much more for the convenience of having your green beans picked, cleaned, and bagged. A 24-ounce bag can cost about $2 in some areas.
Trader Joe's vine tomatoes tend to have that sweet, ripened aroma hovering around them. This is a sign they're fresh and ripe but aren't yet on their way to spoiling.
These tomatoes are great for soups, salads, sandwiches, and pasta. Like the other types of tomatoes from Trader Joe's, they are a great staple produce you can always rely on.
It's priced similarly to other brands and is one of just a few Trader Joe's produce items that don't come in bags or boxes, so you get to choose the exact quantity you want.
