Baking hard-boiled eggs with a generous topping of shredded cheese transforms the familiar into a delightful and easy-to-make treat. Start with peeled, hard-boiled egg halves.
Sprinkle a generous amount of shredded cheese over each egg half. Opt for the sharpness of cheddar and the meltiness of mozzarella, or blend different varieties.
Add your other favorite herbs and spices before baking the eggs in a preheated oven until the cheese is melted and bubbling at the edges or the eggs turn a delightful golden hue.
