Tony Bennett’s Favorite Pasta Dish Was A Sac’s Place Classic

Tony Bennett was born in Queens, New York, where he harbored a passion for Italian cuisine. His favorite dish was the Rigatoni Al Fileto di Pomodoro from Sac's Place.
The dish combines fresh pasta, tomato sauce, herbs, and olive oil. Sac's Place owner, Domenico Sacramone, told Forbes that Bennett's love for the dish likely stems from his roots.
Sacramone said: "He had simple tastes and this dish only has a few ingredients [...] I think it reminded him of the kind of food he also grew up eating."
