This Is The Trick To Reheating French Fries
By MOLLY HARRIS
There are a few different ways to restore french fries to their previous splendor, perhaps making them just as delicious as when you first bit into them. While some ‌methods require specialized tools, one is an universal solution that virtually everyone can use at home.
The first method is to use a convection oven. You can reheat the leftover fries in a convection oven at 400 degrees Fahrenheit for five to ten minutes, but if you don't have one, you can use a standard oven at 450 degrees Fahrenheit and reheat them for the same ‌time.
If you are fortunate enough to own one, reheating leftover french fries in an air fryer is simple and quick. Set your air fryer to 350 degrees Fahrenheit, add some french fries to the basket in a single layer, and cook them for three to five minutes.
