This 2-Ingredient, No-Bake Strawberry Cloud Cake Is Stunning

All you need for a no-bake strawberry cloud cake is 4 ½ teaspoons of unsweetened gelatin powder and 1 ⅔ cups of unsweetened strawberry applesauce.
Start by combining the gelatin and the applesauce in a heat-proof mixing bowl. Then, use the double boiler method to dissolve the gelatin into the mixture.
Once dissolved, remove the bowl from the stove and let it sit to cool. Pour the mixture into a stand mixer and use the wire attachment to beat on high speed for about 15 minutes.
The mixture becomes airy, with the volume increasing. Finally, pour the batter into an eight-inch pan lined with parchment paper and place it in the fridge for at least an hour.
