It can be frustrating to buy a lemon only to find out it has little juice. If you’ve ever experienced this, the easy way to prevent it is to first check how heavy your lemon is.
Rather than picking the largest lemon, look for one that is dense. It should feel unusually weighty for its size and have a slight give when squeezed.
These lemons are so much heavier than others with the same dimensions because they contain more juice. Make sure to look for an even color, smooth skin, and strong lemon aroma.
