The Traditional Mexican Brew Based On Nescafé's Best Instant Coffee
BY PEGGY AOKI
Of the 13 varieties of Nescafé and Taster's Choice instant coffee, Nescafé's version of Mexican café de olla, a lightly sweet, cinnamon-inflected coffee, ranked at the top.

with robusta beans, which are strong and a bit bitter. Nescafé's Café de Olla is made with
robusta and arabica beans, which have a softer flavor.
