For a tangy version of the Southern classic, pimento cheese, add Worcestershire sauce, Dijon mustard, diced pickles, or lemon juice — or some combination thereof.

For the pickle addition, start with a small dill pickle and dice
it into small pieces.
When adding Dijon mustard, only a dollop is needed to taste the effects of the extra tang. Similarly, with lemon juice, all you need is a squeeze.
