The Sugar Swap That Makes Your Banana Bread Even Tastier

Making banana bread only requires a few basic ingredients, such as eggs and sugar. However, swapping the sugar for applesauce can make your delicious dessert even better.
Applesauce adds a delicate tang to the loaf while also giving it a delightfully moist texture. You can either make your own applesauce or use a typical grocery brand.
After mashing the bananas, combine them with beaten eggs, followed by the applesauce and vegetable or coconut oil, then slowly add the flour and baking soda.
Stir the ingredients with a wooden spoon or electric mixer before pouring the batter into a loaf pan. You can also add spices like cinnamon to enhance the bread’s flavor further.
