The Psycho Killer Is The Chocolate Cocktail That's Criminally Good

The Psycho Killer cocktail is created from a combination of Irish whiskey, white creme de cacao, banana liqueur, cocoa
nib-infused Campari, and a
dash or two of absinthe.
Created in 2014 by Jillian Vose, the beverage director at New York City's The Dead Rabbit, the Psycho Killer quickly rose through the ranks to become
a favorite among patrons.
To create a cocoa nib-infused Campari, add three tablespoons of cocoa nibs to one liter of Campari. Let the mixture sit for an hour before you strain it.
