The Only Ingredient You Need To Make Homemade Cotton Candy
BY JULIA HOLLAND
Thanks to viral videos across social media, we now know you can make cotton candy at home with Jolly Ranchers, whether or not you have a cotton candy machine.
In the absence of a machine, melt a few Jolly Rancher candies in the microwave. Then, dip a plastic straw into the melted candies, remove it, and blow through the other end.
Your breath will turn the liquid candy into cotton candy ribbons, similar to silly string. Use the straw or a popsicle stick to roll the ribbons into a classic cotton candy wad.
