Located in Anniston, Alabama, the Peerless Saloon & Grille has been around since 1899, which is evident the minute you walk inside.
Alaska
While there are two contenders for the oldest bar in Alaska, both of which were founded in the late 19th century, Kodiak's B&B displays the state's oldest liquor license.
Arizona
The Palace has been serving customers in Prescott, Arizona, since 1877. The bar has seen its fair share of history and even survived a massive fire in 1900.
Arkansas
Founded in 1905, the Ohio Club in Hot Springs, Arkansas, is considered the state's oldest bar. It has hosted various notorious customers at times, including Al Capone.
California
Groveland, California, is home to the state's oldest bar: the Iron Door Saloon. The location was established in 1852 and features swinging iron doors.
