The NYC Pizzeria Meghan Markle Loves

While New York City is known for its incredible variety of delicious foods, the city's large, foldable pizza slices with a thin and crispy crust are a true icon. Meghan Markle wrote about some of her favorite places to eat in the Empire State when she was filming there for "Suits," and there’s one pizza place the Duchess adores.
Markle wrote that she'd been a fan of the pizzeria Rubirosa since the first week it opened, when she tried their pie with vodka sauce and fresh mozzarella, chased with a cold beer. Their menu also includes pasta, entrees, and desserts that Markle can vouch for, but her must-have order is their vodka pie with sausage and broccoli rabe.
On her now-inactive blog, The Tig, Markle also wrote Rubirosa's special Honeypie pizza, with spicy calabrese, fontina, roasted garlic, chili flakes, honey, and parsley. "[...] when told that I had to try the 'Honeypie' special, I said, 'Well, you insist...Honeypie.' One of the best decisions I've ever made," the Duchess wrote.
