The Last Thing To Do Before Tossing A Nearly Empty Jar Of Salsa
BY SHELBY SHAW NEWMAN
Those last drops of salsa at the bottom of the jar may not seem like much, but when paired with scrambled eggs, you can make a simple dish that bursts with flavor.
All you need to do is crack a few eggs into the salsa jar and blend it with the remaining salsa. Then, add it all into a skillet and cook to your desired doneness.
Feel free to top off your creation with cilantro, crushed red pepper flakes, cheese, or any other desired toppings for even more flavor or an added kick of spice.
You can rest easy knowing you savored the salsa down to the last drop and eliminated unnecessary food waste in the process.
