The Genius Trick That Easily Removes Rotisserie Chicken Breasts
BY Javaria Akbar
The presence of a small bone known as the wishbone can make it tricky to remove rotisserie chicken breasts. However, pulling the bone out before removing the white meat can help.
The wishbone, or furcula, looks like the letter "A" and is located between the bird's neck and breast. This forked bone can leave you removing every morsel of flesh by hand.
To remove the wishbone, place your index finger and thumb on either side of the neck above the chicken cavity (between the two breasts) and push inward until you can feel the bone.
After you've located the back end of the wishbone, pull it down and out. You can remove the breast meat in solid pieces once the bone has been removed.
