The Disney World Wine Bar That Is Run By A Master Sommelier

Disney World may be aimed mainly at kids, but just outside the park in Disney Springs, adults can relax at a swanky bar, Wine Bar George, run by master sommelier George Miliotes.
The bar offers a range of food from charcuterie to shakshuka to key lime pie, but most patrons come for the wine list of over 200 wines, with 40 varietals from 20 countries.
Even more interesting is the way the wine is served. Each wine is sold by the ounce, as well as by glass or bottle, which gives customers many options for a variety of budgets.
You can enjoy an affordable $9 glass of wine, splurge on a $1,000 rare vintage, or opt for the in-between by sampling wines by the ounce, which can cost around $30.
Miliotes has expressed his own hopes to make wine more accessible via his establishment, saying "I like the idea that anybody can come in here and talk about wine."
