The Dijon Mustard Brand You Should Leave On Store Shelves

When Tasting Table ranked eight store-bought Dijon mustard brands on the basis of depth of flavor and texture, the 365 Whole Foods Market organic Dijon mustard came in last place.
The said Dijon includes nuanced ingredients like apple cider vinegar instead of the milder white wine vinegar and a collection of blended spices, but they do not upgrade the taste.
The vinegar’s tanginess overwhelms the mustard’s spiciness and other tasting notes the spices bring. Plus, the lingering apple cider notes of the vinegar taste pretty out of place.
