The Classic Drink Order That Rita Hayworth Loved

While celebrities are known for their respective art forms, they're also often associated with their favorite drink. In the case of Rita Hayworth, that drink is a margarita.
Born Margarita Carmen Cansino in 1918, Hayworth is said to have favored the classic margarita cocktail during her heyday. It was her go-to drink for relaxing or socializing.
There's even a possibility that the drink was invented for her by Enrique Bastante Gutierrez, a well-known mixer who served stars during the Golden Age of Hollywood in the 1940s.
Another story claims that a waiter invented the drink to gain Hayworth's favor, specifically mixing lemon and orange with tequila to balance alcohol with fruity flavors.
