The Bobby Flay-Approved Cocktail With Fruity Soda And Bourbon

Pepsi's collaboration with Bobby Flay celebrates two limited-edition summer flavors: lime and peach. For Pepsi Peach, Flay suggests combining it with bourbon.
Peach is sweet and earthy, which both tempers and complements bourbon's vanilla, caramel sweetness, woody notes, and subtle heat from its alcohol.
Bobby Flay's suggested pairing of bourbon and Pepsi Peach nails a lot of the same flavors and refreshing character as the classic Whiskey Peach Smash.
Add 2 ounces of your favorite bourbon with 4 to 6 ounces of Pepsi Peach into a tall glass over lots of ice, and then garnish with fresh ginger.
