The Big Differences Between Chia Seed Pudding And Overnight Oats

While chia seed pudding and overnight oats are similar in taste, texture, and preparation, their main difference is the primary ingredient being used.
This results in slight variations in their final consistency. When soaked in liquid, chia seeds become gelatinous and pudding-like, and soaked oats create more of a dense porridge.
Overnight oats are also richer in nutrients. Whole-grain oats are a heartier source of vitamins, minerals, and heart-healthy antioxidants, and are generally more filling.
