The Best Way To Roast Different Vegetables All At The Same Time
BY ANNA STAROPOLI
Veggies that vary in size, shape, and texture often require different roasting times. If you want all your veggies done at the same time, try adding them to the oven one by one.
Start by putting vegetables that require the longest cooking time in the oven first, then add other veggies as you go, depending on how long each vegetable needs.
Another option is adding all the vegetables right away and removing them at different stages. You could also group vegetables with similar cooking times together.
For example, bell peppers and onions will both take about 30 minutes to roast, so you won't have to worry about either of them cooking at different rates.
