The Best Way For Reheating Steak In The Air Fryer Without Making It Dry
By JOE DILLARD
It's essential to use a combination of oil and butter to reheat your steak in the air fryer without drying it out.
Only using butter gives the steak moisture and flavor but doesn't offer a fantastic exterior crust, and only using oil provides the right texture but risks overcooking the middle.
To keep from drying out your steak, use both butter and oil. Simply place your leftovers in the air fryer basket, brush them with olive oil, and set pats of butter on top.
Heat your steak at 350 F for about 5 minutes and then let it rest because, just like with its first cook, you'll lose all of those tasty juices if you cut into it immediately.
