Angel hair pasta works well with a light sauce like aglio e olio, which only uses olive oil and garlic. If you want a cream-based sauce, make sure to keep them super simple.
A sauce like primavera with vegetable broth or an easy combination of parmesan cheese, cream, garlic, and fresh herbs can work nicely with angel hair pasta.
