However, not only is this place serving up delicious brews, it’s steeped in history, and sits just around the corner from the department store Rosa Parks worked at, on the day she refused to give up her seat.
Alaska: Heritage Coffee
Located in Juneau, Heritage Coffee Roasting Company procures some of the best coffee beans from around the world, which they roast on-location. Not only do they sling some of the best cups of coffee, but they’re also a big presence in the community and donate to numerous local organizations.
Arizona: Exo Roast
You’ll get a locally immersive experience at Exo Roast Company, with menu items like the mesquite cold brew and chiltepin cold brew, which both uniquely contain spicy and fruity notes. This shop also draws a creative crowd, making it a great place to people-watch while you sip your coffee.
Arkansas: Mugs Coffee
A massively popular coffee shop in Little Rock’s Argenta district, Mugs Coffee Company serves some of the best coffee in Central Arkansas. With wood-paneled walls and overstuffed leather furniture, and food as equally renowned as the coffee, you’ll want to stay here for a while.
