The Air Frying Technique That Gives Cauliflower The Crispiest Texture
BY ASHLEN WILDER
An air fryer helps you make restaurant-level, crispy cauliflower without using a deep fryer. To avoid a soggy result, toss the cauliflower florets in water and oil.
The water will steam and soften the veggie's inside, while the oil crisps up the outside. You can then add arrow starch to the seasoning if you want to further increase crispiness.
Additionally, cut the cauliflower into equal sizes so the florets cook evenly and thoroughly. Small to medium-sized pieces work best, as hot air reaches the maximum surface area.
