The Absolute Greatest Way To Reheat Leftover Naan
BY KAT LIEU
If you find yourself with leftover naan from last night's dinner, reheating it is easy. Start by brushing the surface of each leftover flatbread with milk or water.
Wrap the naan in a moist paper towel before microwaving it for about 10 seconds. Finally, pan-fry it in butter or ghee for a minute or two on each side.
The resulting bread will be just as soft, chewy, and crispy around the edges as fresh naan. If you want an even crisper naan, you can wrap it in aluminum foil and bake it.
Bake the naan for up to 10 minutes at 300 to 350 degrees F. When reheating with an oven, air fryer, or toaster, add a bit of moisture so the naan comes out soft and chewy.
