In our ranking of the 12 absolute best boxed brownie mixes, King Arthur Baking Company’s ultimate fudge brownie mix took the top spot, and it also happens to be gluten-free.
Per our reviewer, the brownies turned out perfectly dense and chewy. There was a nice brittle shell coating on the top of the brownies, and they boasted a true fudgy texture.
Gluten-free products often turn out a bit dry and crumbly, but the gluten-free substitutions in this mix seemed to benefit the overall quality and consistency of the treat.
