In the town of Yountville in the Napa Valley, there are many iconic dining establishments. Award-winning chef Thomas Keller has many in the area, but three stand out.
The French Laundry
This restaurant was sold to Keller in 1994 and has held three Michelin stars since 2007. The menu focuses on French cuisine with high-quality ingredients.
Bouchon Bistro
This restaurant opened in 1998 and has two other locations. It offers a raw bar and rotating seasonal menus, with some year-round staples, like chicken and lamb.
Ad Hoc
More casual than Keller's other eateries, this restaurant offers American comfort foods with a rotating four-course menu served family style.
